Teledyne ISCO’s Evaporative Light Scattering Detector with patented ThermoSplit™ technology provides precise control of the nebulization zone to optimize analyte detection. ThermoSplit™ technology reduces baseline noise and increases sensitivity which signals collection sooner and results in the greatest sample recovery on the market. The design is flexible for normal or reverse phase solvents and a broad range of flow rates from 1 to 150 mL/min (ACCQPrep) or 5 to 300 mL/min (Combi*Flash* NextGen) without any hardware changes. The system is fully backed by Teledyne ISCO’s world-class technical support network.

The ACCQ*Prep* HP150 eliminates the unnecessary and complex integration parameters found in many of the HPLC systems in today's market. Our PeakTrak® software, which currently drives our [CombiFlash® product line](https://www.teledyneisco.com/chromatography/combiflash), is the basis for controlling the ACCQ*Prep* HP150. By using this software, the need for a standalone PC is eliminated. This results in a smaller, more compact unit with an integrated touch screen interface.
